Hi, I'm using the the DSPAM web interface to retrain the Filter. Now I have some users who can't retrain anymore. the relearn button in the history doesn't make anything, nothing to see in the logs. I use DSPAM with the hash driver. If I delete the user dictionary, Dspam creates the directory and relearn works again. Is there a better way to solve this problem (without loosing the users filter data)?
