I recently migrated a similar setup to a single merged and managed
group, du to PBKC : users wouldn't use the webui to train dspam and
still would complain about lack of accuracy.

As the readme states quite clearly :

Pros : - One lemming (that's me) here does all the training
       - Grunting users are happier.
Cons : - You can't let any lemming do so since you would expose subject,
         senders of everyone in the group, and possibly the whole mail in
         case of false positive.

The technical migration can't be more simpler, just change your group
file and VOILA ! :)
