Has anyone done this? If so, how?

I'd like to have it integrated with postfix and dspam, but haven't seen
many attempts yet.

The problem with this is that dspam is a purely statistical-based filter which requires very little human interaction, unlike any blacklist, word-list, rule-list or whatever-list you may find. That is a large part of dspam's power.

With that said, if it can communicate via SMTP or whatever, it shouldn't be hard to add it into your servers mail-loop, probably somewhere in master.cf.

I do not have any specifics, but just thought that I should let you know that it is 1. not recommend and 2. is possible.

I found this, but haven't tried it myself.
Check it out and let us know how it works out for you.
