I use amavisd-new and dspam. Basicly my setup is like this: postfix -> amavisd -> dspam -> postfix -> dbmail
I have personaly disabled spamassassing checks from my account, so amavisd makes only clam scan. But all other users run both checks, spamassassin and dspam.
