Looks like you only use host delivery (no TrustedDeliveryAgent) and according 
to your dspam --version output you don't have --enable-daemon active but the 
dspam.conf explicitly states that you need to have it:
# SMTP or LMTP Delivery: Alternatively, you may wish to use SMTP or LMTP 
# delivery to deliver your message to the mail server instead of using a
# delivery agent. You will need to configure with --enable-daemon to use host 
# delivery, however you do not need to operate in daemon mode. Specify an IP 
# address or UNIX path to a domain socket below as a host.

Do you by accident have Amavisd-New installed on that system? If so, then 
update to a more recent version or remove the --feature=ch part from Amavisd.
