[dspam-users] Test Build CVS HEAD on FreeBSD-7.0 Release - aclocal.m4

Running ./autogen.sh first time produces a warning

You should add the contents of `/usr/local/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to 
`aclocal.m4'.

If I run ./autogen.sh a second time (with no changes) the warning does 
not re-appear
Is it necessary to create a aclocal.m4 file, and if so where should the 
file be - build directory?
