Has anyone found an affordable substitute for the funny connector on the IC-92AD (and presumably other models)? $50 for a speaker mic adapter and $100 for a data cable is outrageous.
I've had no luck so far with my usual suppliers. If there's enough demand, though, I could see about having a new mold made. Does anyone know which models use this connector, and if ICOM is continuing to use it for new models? Scott N1VG
