[DSTAR_DIGITAL] IC-91AD Programming question

Hello everyone, 

 

This is with the RS-91 Programming Software.

 

I was wondering 2 things, 

First, is there a way to export the data to Excel?

 

And second, is there an easy way to copy the contents of A band to B band?
Or vice versa.
