We did a little experiment with station on K6MDD-C today. The beginning of the 
solution has come into view. The result was as follows.

1.Certainly, the call sign not registered on DVD was not effective OTRM (One 
Touch Reply Method) QSO; I used 7J1YAD, which is not registered
2.The calling me (JF1TEU) from the United States was invalid though it was a 
registered.
3.OTRM (One Touch Reply Method) was effective to answer the CQ call from Japan 
by the registered Call sign.
