[DSTAR_DIGITAL] ID1 Expand

Hi,
I have an ID-1, unfortunately this device is not compatible with the frequency 
of the local DStar relay  (1258 MHz).  Do you know if the technical 
documentation of the ID-1 is available or do you know the method to expand the 
frequency of Switzerland?
