I have been going repeater X repeater into JA, where I call on the 1's then 2's etc, then maybe switch to I's or G's and back. Not setting any records - 35 contacts so far 5 US, the rest DX or ICOM Company stations. The EA's have been on the air but no success. Also several Deutch stations. Remember "No Reflectors, Hot Spots or Dongles" in the contest - all call sign routing. Use 'One Touch' call sign capture to answer a call, and set the UR= the station or repeater you want your call to go out on. I believe DSTAR (not Dplus) is the only place where you set who you want to talk to and NOT who you want to listen to. It is up to the receiving station to know how to capture a call or program their UR, and it is up to the sending station to let the receiving station know how to answer. 73 and good luck in the contest de nu5d
