Please be advised I have a German investor looking for 75000 Mtr Sqr land in Dubai, Ajman, RAK with sea access suitable for marina, dry dock and boat yard.
These are very serious people who plan to moor yachts and repair and maintain them so access to the sea is imperative. Once we have the appropriate land these investors will fly over from Germany to close the deal so it is important I find something as quickly as possible.
