Particular requirements: 1. Should have ample space to host about 50 Servers (rack mounted). 2. Either provision of Power Generators to fullfil IT requirement of (40 kva) or permission to keep large generators hosted somewhere in the premises. 3. Easily accessible for commuters of Sharjah and Dubai 4. No commercial restaurants within the premises. 5. Hosting of about 20 member staff 6. Etisalat's IPLC/ MPLS networking capability.
