I have a direct buyer who has pre-approval from Noor Islamic Bank who requires a 4 bedroom in JBR with a nice partial sea view. She wants the best price obviously and has had other offers for around 4.2 net but is willing to stretch it to 4.5 all inclusive if it is a great apartment. Let me know if you have anything that fits this as this client wants to sign within the next week.
