I want to sell it for my cost price of AED 362 psf built-up area or AED 2,176 psf land with a total price of AED 114,500,000 (One Hundred Fourteen Million Five Hundred Thousand) and I have all of the original supporting documents from the Lands Dept and banks. The price is negotiable. I am very much interested in forming a joint venture to develop the plot.
