Urgently required *24* Studios for the Company Executive Staff not labor worker so there will be no sharing To the Building and requirements are as follows: 1- *ONLY* the *Crescent* Studios in IMPZ, any other Buildings will be rejected. 2- *ONLY* *Studios* (One or Two Bedrooms will be rejected) 3- *ONLY* in *Tower [[A]]* preferably the units Facing Sport City (Tower B or C will be rejected) 4- *Any Floor* does not matter. 5- Company will furnish the Studios according to certain standards so, the Studios 6- Must be *unfurnished and without any Kitchen Equipments* such as stove, Fridge and Washing machine) 7- *Company will be paying* *ONLY* the bills which are related to Staff's or monthly consumption such as DEWA + EMPOWER + GAS 8- *Owner to be paying* the Annual Maintenance fees and any other fees or charges that is not related to Monthly Consumption. 9- Parking or without parking does not matter. 10- Duration of Contract *NOT Less than TWO Years*, Short-term or one Year Contracts will be rejected. 11- Payment Mode to be offered only as *One Advance Payment or Twelve **M**onthly Payments* any other payment modes will be rejected. 12- The Price Must include the commission (if any) 13- Offers from Agents that are not registered with RERA will be rejected even they are offering units that satisfy all the above requirements.
