Job Description Our client, a leading real estate company in the UAE, is seeking to recruit a top notch sales & marketing professional. He should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in sales & marketing function gained from being working for real estate industry within the GCC market.
Reporting to the MD, the job-holder is responsible for the entire sales & marketing activities of the organization at operational (day- to-day) as well as at strategic level, at national as well as at international plat-form. In line with the overall business plan, the job holder will be fully accountable for developing and executing short as well as long term Sales & Marketing Plan that reinforce the company’s presence within the target market as well as the firm bottom- line. Needless to state, that the plan should be comprehensive, applicable, creative, innovative and operational in a way that ensures long term profitability as well as business image and objectives. Accordingly, having a thorough understanding of the real estate market at regional level is a must. The ideal candidate is a sales & marketing executive who possesses a related Master degree / MBA with at least 15 years work experience out of which five years should be in a similar capacity. In addition, the job-holder should demonstrate a remarkable achievements and work experience gained from being with a well recognized regional Real Estate firm.
