My client requires 3 bedroom. with a good view of sea. not specifically full sea view, 80% sea view is fine. should be with open kitchen and wider lounge area... higher ceiling , higher floor a must..(shell and core is fine as well). quality of the building is a big must ( he liked the al fattan building quality, exterior of golden mile) he liked the view from JBR..) must have 2500-3000 sq. ft area he also wud like to see the burj downtown area, with the view of lake or dancing fountain, if there are to see or with a good view of water. He would like something with accesibilty with resto or supermarkets at least with com"l area unlike the golden mile whch is definitely isolated.
