The International Monetary Fund has demanded two percent increase in
interest rate to extend bailout package to Pakistan, sources here said.

Pakistan economic managers and IMF officials held informal meetings in Dubai
to discuss the issues but Pakistan has not yet formally requested for IMF
funding, the finance ministry sources told OneWorld on Saturday.
