If you need the official support you need to subscribe to Oracle metalink, once you are subscribed to metalink, you have all necessary stuff there like patches/support etc.. If you are a commercial vendor, you should seriously consider for a metalink subscribption. But if you are looking for some basic info, there are lots of them available, Google is your best friend.
