Hi all, I work for a property development and management company in Muscat Oman. We are going to buy database type software that we can help us to manage our rental properties. We do not care if it is written in java, or whatever else out there as long as it works. Do you know anyone that offers this off the shelf in Dubai? Do you know any programing person/company in Dubai who we can pay to adjust existing software (e.g. "open-source" type accounting or database package) to give us what we need? The software would remind us when a contract is up for renewal, match contractual rental payments with payments received, it would track maintenance requests and maintenance work orders. thank you, and I wish you success in spreading linux. tariq
