    Now I am able to walk through  Oracle SNMP details

 after starting
./$ORACLE_home/network/snmp/peer/start_peer -a  
    we need to start  agentctl
       
  another intresting OID is         
  
 1.3.6.1.2.1.39.1.2.1.3  (
.iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.39.1.2.1)
