I have a sweet spot for Gentoo, have yet to install it but have been following its progress for about 2 years now. I like the idea of a minimalist install, I like the fact that is versionless, and I like the portage install - it reminds me of BSD. Although Daniel Robbins the founder now works for Microsoft, I won't hold it against him.
