In my case: I knew that from your earlier reports. :)
So what I did is: I shocked the "engineer" with only having Linux on my
laptop ("turn on your graphical..." "I don't have any graphical....")
and while he was shocked and still standing there I complained I
couldn't login to my laptop from outside.
He had to report "he's....using L...Linux" to his 2nd level support guy
and then I got lecture-less free Internet within 1 minute. :-P
