Not initially, no. Because we've not yet been successful in getting
unencumbered sponsorship from a
hosting company, the machines, infrastructure and bandwidth is being donated
privately, and as much
as we'd love everyone to have a shell account, at the moment we can't open
ourselves up for the kind
of abuse that may entail.
A co-located machine with loads of bandwidth running some VDS' that members may
use is on the list
though (not very near the top I'm afraid), but to do that is going to require
some form of real
membership of some kind.. accountability is needed.
One step at a time..
The biggest issue is the cost of bandwidth and hosting in this region.
