Andrew Orlowski - the FSF lawyer has publically stated that the latest
release of the GPL is designed to break the Novell / Microsoft deal.

Now I love open source as much as the next, and I am a big fan of
Novell and their products but when did the Free Software Foundation
decide that it was no longer about protecting the developers but
'sticking' it to Microsoft.

Am I wrong on this one guys ?
