Hi Group, I have run into problems setting up our MIS network upgrade project, though I am not a Linux expert my company has invested huge amount of money in this project assuming that the inhouse talent will be sufficient for this upgrade project. To brief you we have invested in EMC Clarion fibre channel SAN, 2 Dell PowerEdge 2950 Server with SLES 10, to replace our current limited storage server setup also running on linux (Slackware). This is my first Linux project so far and I configured the server to run as PDC and BDC but with some LDAP/Samba errors, which I don't know how to fix with my limited knowledge in this area and am running short of time for this project as the deadline is approching. Finally we have agreed to hire a freelancer to guide us in the proper direction and utilize the current infrastructure to get the most out of it.
