the new owner of the boat can take the same parking space, where is the boat at
the moment parked.

The yearly rent is 45.000,- AED. Included is a parking space for the owners car
in the garage of Dubai Yacht club, transfer from the Yacht Club to the owners
yacht by a small boat, help from the marina guys with parking the boat. The
owner will have discount at the Yacht Club restaurants and will get towels and
so on for taking a shower in the Yacht Club for free. The use of electricity
and
water in the Marina is included. If you compare with other marinas you will
find
out that every where is a meter for electricity and water.
Here in Marina Walk you can use as much as you want and let the acid work all
time without thinking about extra costs.
The location of the parking is Marina Walk, near Spinneys. The first gate after
the restaurant Point on the right side.
Once in the year the boat should be brought out of the water to make cleaning
and antifauling from down. The coast for this service is around 12.000,- AED.
The service company will bring the boat to Dubai Creek Yacht Club, where the
service will be done.
The boat should have 2-3 times yearly Oil and Filter - change. It coasts around
4.000,- AED. If the owner will do it 2 or 3 times a year depends on how often
he
use the boat and how many hours he drive.
The boat is in a condition now, where all services are done. Everything is
working, the upholstery is brandnew, the wood outside is freshly painted, the
filters for the acid are new. Company Volvo made service for the motors. So
everything is fine.
The new owner will get a boat ready to use without any costs for a longer time.
