I received 2 controllers recently. Both of them say "Invalid Mac address or uuid. Please contact support." when they boot. One of them lets me select Continue. The other doesn't. I've upgraded the firmware on both. The one that lets me continue works fine; the other lets me push buttons and briefly flashes another screen, but otherwise is stuck. Anyone know of magic to get rid of this error message?
