Yeah material skin is a plugin..go to lsm settings - plugings.. Install and reboot.. You can then. change lms skin to material or. (which I prefer) keep skin as default so settings page is still old familiar format and access material skin with http://server ip:port/material In terms of app you can get it from fdroid store or from git hub...
