I guess that the message comes from the AMG solver. You can try to replace the
LinearSolver by the UMFPackBackend to check if it really is a problem with the
AMG itself or if there is still something wrong from converting 2p to 3p3c.

Kind regards

Bernd

Betreff: [DuMuX] could not build any aggregates. Probably no connected nodes

Hello,

by changing the initially 2p problem for geothermal simulation (made by Samuel
Scherrer) into a 3p3c problem and running it, the following error messages
occured:
"Solve: M deltax^k = rCould not build any aggregates. Probably no connected
nodes."
For more detailed output please look into output.txt.
We tried to change the solvers and to simplify the problem, but nothing worked,
we do not know, what the problem could be.

Does anyone know about something about this message: "Could not build any
aggregates. Probably no connected nodes." ?

Best wishes,

Kai Wendel
