Hello Henry,
welcome to the DuMux mailing list. You're installing DuMux in a WSL
setup, correct? Which version of DuMux are you installing, the latest
release is 3.9?
It seems CMake is detecting Kokkos, but claims that the created target
includes the non-existent path "/usr/lib/include" as an include
directory. That looks like a strange path for an include directory. Do
you have Kokkos installed there, did maybe an (un-)install not complete
properly? Are you successfully using Kokkos for something else?
Do you want to use it with DuMux? DuMux is currently selecting OpenMP as
a multithreading backend, you'd have to set Kokkos in your cmake.opts.
If not then you could try telling DuMux not to look for it to avoid the
issue.
