Sorry. Just had to let you folks know my little old 2300c is back to
itself. I need to thank the distinguished Mad Dog first off. He recenlty
described to me how to solder the AC plug port back onto the mother board.
THAT is the reason my little book wouldnt' charge off of the AC. The other
problem it suffered from was a bizzare acting sleep function which made it
sleep when it shouldn't. Someone on this list said why not remove the built
in modem. Well it worked.
My little book's back up again and I could't be happier. I'm really
grateful for a cool place like this list to get useful info. Thanks again
