Hi, folks--Has anyone had any luck using an IBM Travelstar E 8 gig external
PC Card drive on their PowerBooks? I bought one off eBay (where brand-new
units are selling pretty cheap at around $105) and it Mac-formats OK
attached to my 2400c, but then it hangs at a certain point whenever I try to
copy or backup large folders using either the Finder or Redux. Was wondering
if anyone had tried this on their 2400c’s and found a fix--seems like a
cheap and easy storage solution, if it works.
