CarbonLib is an Apple extension available at Apple's download site. Your 
easiest bet is doing a search for it at versiontracker.com. The latest 
version is v1.3.1. As its name implies, I think it has to do with the pre 
OS X computer being able to properly run programs that have Carbon code 
in them.
