Sorry, no. The last remaining evil empire still enforces copyright on those
outdated OS's. You can often find it in used computer stores if Microsoft
hasn't threatened them with legal action. They, as of 2 years ago. would
still sell you DOS, which you need to install before installing any of the
Windows GUI shells (though I believe VPC boots into DOS so that's only an
issue for PC hardware). Hope this helps.
