The ability to overclock successfully varies.  Some ppl may get to 43 
MHz with no problems, some may not.  Roll the dice.  I can say that 
the 68040 Duos I modify to 37.5 MHz, everything works OK.  I figure 
at 40 MHz, you start to roll the dice.

Nice job.  It turns out that many Apple CPUs  run slower then they 
are rated to go.
