I had a mac that started as a 128KB and morphed into a 512 and later a 1MB
Plus. I replaced the power supply twice.
I used to leave it on all of the time, having heard that that would
increase life. It was at work, and one weekend I came in to do some work
and saw smoke coming out of it! I was glad I was there when the power
supply went south!
