There are 1.1GB SCSI 2.5" drives out there, though smaller sizes are more 
common. Besides eBay, where I got a good one last year, try MacResQ or 
one of the many other used/reconditioned equipment resellers. In the 
meantime, try posting a request at 
<http://webobjects.uwaterloo.ca/mac2400/index2.html> as well as on the 
LEM Swap list.
