After looking over the list of 152 pins and ruling out as many as I could, I
am left with 2 pins that are likely to be the one that turns on or off the
internal monitor and a few mor epins that are a 'maybe' Now if only I could
remember where I left those DMM...

What I'm, following is pin 122 (+5v EXT SENSE) and 114 (/SLOT IN) and
without my meter I can't find out for sure if they are different between the
Duo Dock mainboard from the mini docks. All I can get is on Duo Dock, pin
114 is grounded. If you have a meter and you have any mini docks (floppy
adapter, SCSI, ethernet, etc.) to check pin 114 and see if they are tied to
ground or not? Also can you check for me what pin 122 is connected to on
both Duo Dock board and the mini docks.

If this can be solved, it might pave way for a cheap all in one portable
dock mod like those micro dock that usually sells for over $50 on eBay. And
plain big fat Dock station don't usually sell for much because of high cost
just for the shipping.
