You WILL notice the difference. But, saving wouldn�t be a bad idea either<g> But, buy stock with your savings and leave the new �toys� alone <g> BUT, the 2400c is STILL quite competent portable. Stay at OS 8.6 (or below) find yourself RAM Doubler (won�t work on OS 9) and the circuitry will �think� you have 240 MB RAM (mine does). Have MCE install a new 10 Gig hard drive and use some of it for Virtual Memory. Don�t use a big name (Netscape or IE) browser. Opera lacks some features, but is small and fast for browsing and doesn�t eat RAM.
