I've never owned a Mac before. Recently, because the price was right, I
purchased two Duo 2300C's with DuoDock II's. I downloaded a copy of the Duo
User's Guide from Apple's website but I don't have the Technical Information
booklet that supposedly shipped with the Duo's.

I have a 48MB RAM Module that I would like to stick in one of the Duo's but
I haven't the foggiest idea of where or how to install it. The other Duo has
now stopped working. It worked when I got it but now when I turn it on it
does nothing at all, no chimes and no display. It makes no difference if
it's in the DuoDock or out connected to its AC adaptor, nor does it make a
difference whether the battery is in or out. Any suggestions would be
welcomed.

Thanks,

John Buenfil
