Don't despair... what you describe had a very familiar ring. You SHOULD be able to get it up and running (I remember having this problem when I had a Wallstreet, you're just going to have to find the solution). I think it's an issue w/OS 9, IIRC. Did you hit up MCE for help? FIRST SUGGESTION: Try turning virtual memory off, if it is on. I think that was the issue when I encountered that problem. SECOND SUGGESTION: Try disabling voice recognition extensions, if you have them turned on.
