It needs a driver which I believe can be found at the Asante website.  If
not, I have a disk image I can mail you.  The only vital thing to know is
that it is a well-designed product, and works with the usual Mac aplomb.
Install driver, select 'Ethernet', away you go.

I have one of these for sale, if anyone is interested. (Email privately for
details).
