It's beyond easy if you can solder. Getting to the power supply is 
fairly straightforward, and the blown capacitor is readily available 
at radio shack, so  swapping the capacitor out probably involves less 
effort and expense than purchasing a replacement power supply - even 
if you have to learn to solder or find someone to do it. Probably 
takes less than an hour.

Besides, you will end up with a more reliable power supply, and feel 
good about solving your problem.
