My 270c will show a fully black battery icon, which I assume means that
the battery is fully charged. However, if I unplug the AC adapter,
within a few seconds I get the "battery has no reserve power" warning
and the duo goes to sleep ten seconds later even tho the indicator still
shows all black. If I plug the adapter back in, the indicator is still
black with the "lightening bolt" symbol. I assume this means that the
battery is charging. I know that the PRAM battery is dead, but could
this cause problems running off the battery? And am I reading the
battery indicator correctly? I haven't been able to find a manual on
this machine yet.
Thank you!

John
