Well, it may be possible to hack in 512K VRAM on top of Duo's stock 512K.
But I don't know if there would be any improvement with internal screen.

If you managed to force a 800x600 display, it would be limited to 16 colors
(4 bit) to fit the 512K video.  But I think the physical resolution of the
LCD itself prevents the 800x600 mode.
