I have a modem in my PowerBook Duo 2300c, but AOL Says no modem is present &
it asks me to turn on the modem if I have one & try again. I wondering if
there is a power switch to this internal modem. I saw a picture of one for
this model PowerBook for sale on eBay & it looks like there is some kind of
switch about an inch away from the RJ45 telephone line port. I'm thinking
that the leg you swing down to reveal the modem's RJ45 port is that switch &
is maybe malfuntioning. Can anyone back this up or shoot it down? Thanks for
any help any of you can give me on this situation.

Sincerely, Jason B. a.k.a. Titanus Maximus
