(Well actually humidity itself isn't problem, condension is.) What comes to rechargeable batteries is self discharge. Not a nice feature. Full, new NiCd/NiMh loses first 10% of charge in 24 hours, and after that 10% of per month (at room temperature). And if battery goes flat in self discharge there is no way to get it running again.. So only way is to do full discharge/charge cycle from time to time, or ensure that you can get new cells by the time you want to see if Duo is still working. =) I'm not sure how PRAM battery gets over with long storage times. - Jani Tiainen "If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
