Earlier I was having an issue with 8.5 and up not booting unless I removed
the System Resources file from the System Folder. Well, I installed my new
logic board today, and that problem has gone away. My bottom PCMCIA slot
works now, as well.

While I was in the machine, I installed a 3GB 9.5mm drive (the original is a
12mm or so). I noticed that the drive does not touch the thermal pad on the
bottom case. Has this been a problem for anyone? Or, has anyone found a
good cooling solution for a drive that thin?

Thanks!
